Weight Loss Roti | How To Lose Weight Fast 5 Kgs In 15 Days | Super Weight Loss Methi Roti Recipe
hi guys today I'm
going to show a roti which will not only help with weight loss but also control
type 1 and 2 diabetes this roti is made with fenugreek leaves or methi as I was
not able to get fresh fenugreek leaves at the store I had to settle down with
the frozen ones generally methi leaves taste bitter but that's not the case
with these rotis that is great I'm very soft and easy to make so let's get
started mine is a 300 crammed pack and I'll beusing 1/3 of it that is about hundred
grams of leaves these leaves are astorehouse of health benefits they haveganic
terminan which fights the risk ofheart disease and diabetes it slows downblood
sugar absorption and reducesinsulin resistancethese leaves also help in weight
loss ascollector mannan increases fat breakdownin the body they're also high in
fiberwhich slows digestion and carbabsorption and supports weight loss
itreduces LDL cholesterol and inflammationif you're using fresh leaves then
dowash them well to get rid of any dirtnext take a blender and add hundredgrams
of please I'm also adding twogreen chillies to add some spice to ourrotis and
to increase the weight lossprocess I'm not sure how many of youknow but green
chilli helps in burningthe excess fats of the body byincreasing your metabolism
then add 2teaspoons of coriander powdernow I'm adding nearly 1 cup or 250 ml
ofmilk every flour used is different indifferent countries hence I wouldsuggest
that you may start with adding150 ml at one go and later add more
ifneededremember I'll not be adding any water tomeet that all milk makes the
rotis softand supple usually herb rotis wereneeded with water dries up quickly
afterthey are made but these will remain softnamland them all until you get a
smoothpureethis is how it should look like green incolor and nice consistency
once thepuree is ready it's time to make thedoor I'm using my food processor to
dothe jobthis one is travel sous chef however youmay use your hands too I'm
adding 2 cupsof whole wheat flour org a hunka Attahowever if you're gluten
intolerant orhave any other special needs then youcan use any other flour
variant but justavoid refined flour next add twoteaspoons of carom seeds or van
theseseeds taste good and these types ofrotis they have antibacterial
andantifungal properties now add 2teaspoons of salt or as per taste if youremember
I did not add any salt whilemaking the puree so here I'll be addingconsidering
the flavor and the puree I'musing Himalayan pink salt as a reducebloating and
water retention issues nexttransfer the puree and make a do withyour hands or
processor my processortook just 45 seconds to make the doorpredict quickerthis
is how the door looks like it'svery soft and green in color make smallballs and
using a rolling pin and someflour roll them into rotis as the doughis pretty
smooth you'll be able to rolleasily and with less effort once donetake a tava
or griddle and turn on theheatbut the tava is considerably hot startmaking
rotis shift the rolled dough tothe griddle and wait for half a minutewhen you
see tiny bubbles forming on thetop give a flipagain let it cook for 30 seconds
andthen give a final flapnow press it gently and help it fluffand it's
doneeither have it like this or add a smallamount of key also known as
clarifiedbutter and a weight loss as well asdiabetes control roti are readythey
go best with yogurt just orderyogurt add some salt and spices likecumin powder
or black pepper and it'sdone I also have sprinkled some finelychopped coriander
or cilantro if youwant you can also have this with a smallbowl of Thal that is
a lentil Pole I wasable to roll six rotis from half of thedough so ideally this
recipe should giveyou 10 to 12 rotis depending on the sizeyou can shift the
remaining dough to anairtight container and store it in thefridge for next
years you can see thesoftness of these rotis and it'sprimarily due to milk the
roti isbeneficial for breastfeeding mothers asit will increase a breast milk
supplythis roti should also be taken if youare on your menses as it helps
reducemenstrual cramps and provide you with agood amount of iron it is safe for
allexcept for pregnant women and people onblood thinning medications I am
